Get Up Offa That Thing! Get your stretches in throughout the day! Here’s how:

  1. Set an alarm for the times you want to commit to taking 5-minute stretch breaks throughout the day!
  2. Download the printable “GET UP OFFA THAT THING” (PDF), an illustration and description of 10 stretches.
  3. Invite a few colleagues to join you or do them yourself.
  4. Listen to the MUSIC REMIX, which guides you through the 10 stretches.
  5. Have fun!

Challenges
“Self-Care” Challenge from May 1- 26

Join this 4-week self-care challenge that focuses on simple ways to improve your emotional well-being and be entered into a prize drawing. Participate as an individual or as a team!
REGISTRATION BEGINS APRIL 10.
 
Challenges are open to all state and county employees and EUTF retirees, 18 years and older, regardless of medical plan affiliation.

ANNUALLY
Biometrics Screening
The 15-minute on-site screening includes:

  • Blood pressure measurements
  • Total and HDL/LDL cholesterol levels
  • Triglycerides
  • Glucose (blood sugar) test
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
